Shipping Damage
I take special care in packaging all orders. However, should something happen:
Please inspect your artwork upon receipt. If it arrives damaged, contact me within 72 hours with photos of the damage and the packaging by emailing [email protected]. I’ll evaluate the situation and work with you to find a solution.
Returns
If you don’t love the artwork you receive, you are welcome to return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. To initiate the return, please let me know by email at [email protected], and if possible, provide a statement of the reason.
Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Artwork should be returned safely in its original packaging. I recommend shipping with insurance and tracking, as I will not be responsible for lost or damaged return packages. All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt.
Once I receive your return and confirm the artwork is in good condition, I’ll refund the original form of payment.
Wrong Address
If you provide an incorrect address, the shipment will be returned to me. You will be responsible for reshipment costs once I have received an updated address from you. Please check your address carefully.
