I make every effort to ensure that images of the art are representative of the artwork. That said, computers, mobile phones, and other electronic devices all read and represent color differently. Additionally, each person sees color in unique ways. I do my best to convey colors as clearly and accurately as I can, but I am not responsible for perceived differences in color.

The artist always maintains the copyright to the artwork. This means that images of a purchased piece of artwork belong to the artist. I may choose to create prints of the images or license the images which may then be reproduced for retail purposes.
While you own the physical artwork, you are not buying the rights to it. The artwork may not be reproduced or resold in any form without my consent.
