Hummingbird in Red and Green

“I don’t normally like to put red and green together in such an obvious way, but as the ruby-throated hummingbird said, “If I can wear it, you can draw it!” He was right of course. The combination suits him so well.”

This is an original 8 x 10” colored pencil drawing on tan toned paper. It is in a red oak frame with a 1.5” mat and wired on the back. Outer frame dimensions are approximately 13 x 15” and 1.5” deep.
